Many small businesses who have just one account set up their domain name so that any emails sent to your domain forward to your a single e-mail account. This is convenient to allow you to setup email addresses such as myname@yourdomain.com or sales@yourdomain.com on your web site, advertising, business cards or letterhead.
You could even have employee1@yourdomain.com and employee2@yourdomain.com to go to 2 separate people in your company who may use either Beantree accounts or even two completely different ISPs. You will also continue to receive any other e-mail addresses to your default e-mail forwarding account.
