Moving and deleting e-mail
After clicking on a folder in the left pane, you will be able to view its contents. To move one or more e-mail messages from this folder to another one, click its check box to place a check mark inside. In the drop-down menu at the top of the page, select the folder to which the messages should be moved, and hit the “Move” button. To delete one or more e-mail messages, click its check box to place a check mark inside, and click the “Delete” button. To show all messages on the same page, click on “Show All”. A: Yes, as long as you have a connection to the web, your username, and your password.
Q: Will messages be available for later download to my home or office computer after I use webmail?
A: Yes. Any messages that you can view in webmail will be available for later download onto your computer. Likewise, messages you delete in webmail would not be available for later download.
Q: How do I attach files to my messages?
A: While composing an email, click on the “Choose" button at the bottom of the compose window, and a dialog box will pop up that will allow you to choose a file.
