Sales Tax
Beanbasket allows you to setup sales tax at the state or zip code level for those states
requiring sales tax collection. For those doing business in Canada, Canadian Sales tax
entry and calculation is also available.
Shipping
Beanbasket provides 6 independent shipping options as well as real-time integration with
UPS Worldship. Shipping options include the ability to charge shipping based on:

- » Total value of all the items
- » Total weight of all the items
- » Value of each item
- » Weight of each item
- » Per unit of weight
- » Free shipping based on order amount.
E-Mail Notifications
Beanbasket provides the ability to send customized order notifications back to your customers upon
completion of an order. This is a great way to provide customers with an e-receipt of their online
order as well as providing an incentive for them to come back n be a repeat shopper. You can also
customize the an email notification to go to your internal online store manager or drop shipper to
alert them a new online order has arrived.
Credit Card Setup
Beanbasket currently supports the following credit card payment gateways:

Manage your payment gateway settings from within the Beanbasket Administrator and control the collection
and processing of Card Code data as well as what credit card will be accepted: Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express, Diners and JCB.
Affiliate Tracking
Do you have affiliates that are willing to drive customers to your online store? With beanbasket Affiliate
tracking feature, you can setup affiliates and assign them a code that can be used to track sales that come
from that affiliate. You can also assign affiliates a username and password that can be used to login into
the affiliates section of the Beanbasket Administrator where they can view real-time sales generated from
the link(s) they are providing to your store. You can control whether an affiliate is active or inactive
and also set an expiration date for when the affiliate should become inactive.
Supplier Setup
Keep track of your suppliers and assign them to products within Beanbasket. The Supplier functionality allows
for the setup, tracking and reporting of companies that supply you with products. Suppliers can be assigned
to individual products and time based reporting is available to track orders for products that are assigned
to suppliers.
Content Publishing
With the Beanbasket content editor, Content pages can be setup and managed through the Beanbasket Administrator.
The pages can be used to post content for areas such as shipping, privacy and return policies. The WYSIWYG
editor is ideal for adding static content pages within your online store to specials or promotions.
