Alta Resources Acquires Beantree, Inc.
Beanbasket provides companies with a quick, easy and secure eCommerce platform

(Neenah, WI) – Alta Resources has announced the acquisition of Beantree Inc., a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider and creator of Beanbasket, an eCommerce platform that helps businesses quickly, easily and securely sell products and services online.

The Beantree team will relocate from their Appleton, Wisconsin location to Alta’s Neenah, Wisconsin headquarters later this year. Other terms of the sale were not disclosed.
