The following options are provided to allow you the ability to customize your list behavior.  Default options for your list are provided for your convenience in the table below.  Please contact Beantree’s support department to request changes to your list options.

Archive access	Keeps an archive of posts to your list which can be retrieved through email or viewed via the web.	Disabled	Enabled
Blocked archive	You can block your archive to only allow list subscribers or list moderators to retrieve messages.	Not applicable, archive disabled	Disabled
Digested list	A digested list allows multiple messages to be contained within the same message so list subscribers receive one consolidated email message rather than several smaller emails for each post.  Subscribers can elect to just receive the digest version by sending email to your digest subscription email address. Prefixed subject	A prefixed subject allows you to prepend your list name to the subject.  This allows your subscribers to easily filter and recognize messages from your list	Enabled	Enabled
Guarded archive	With archived lists, unrecognized requests for archived messages can be refused.  This is useful to enable for private lists.	Disabled	Disabled
Subscription confirmation	Subscription requests must be confirmed by the original requestor.  Disabling this is not recommended as anyone can fake an email address and subscribe someone to a list	Enabled	Enabled
Web access	Web access enables your archived messages to be available to be incorporated in your web site by creating a special index	Disabled	Disabled
Unsubscribe confirmation	When unsubscribing from a list, a confirmation will be sent to confirm the action of unsubscribing.  We do not recommend disabling this as anyone can fake an email address and unintentionally unsubscribe someone from your list	Enabled	Enabled
Deny posters	With this option enabled, a listing of unauthorized posters can be managed which is most useful for discussion lists	Disabled	Disabled
Retrieve subscriber list	Enabling this option allows you to retrieve the list of subscribers via email.  As this can be done in the client cockpit, we do not recommend enabling this.	Disabled	Disabled
Message moderation	Message moderation allows a list of moderators to control whether posted messages get to your list or not.  Moderators receive all messages to the list and must approve them in order for them to be sent to subscribers	Enabled	Disabled
Reject others	Posts from any messages other than moderators are rejected.  This is applicable only to message moderated lists	Enabled	Disabled
Remote administration	Allows moderators to subscribe or unsubscribe any message via email	Enabled	Disabled
Subscription moderation	Controls whether subscription requests are moderated.  For private lists (internal just to your company), you should ensure this is enabled.	Disabled	Disabled
Trailer	A message trailer or footer can be added to your list automatically for each posted message	Disabled	Disabled
User posts only	Only subscribers can post to your list or access archives (non subscribers can have their messages moderated if posts are moderated)	Disabled	Disabled
